You can get them at hot topic. They don't have 88 colors, but you can get them with 25-30 different colors, and they're like, 20 bucks. They have different varities, too. They work well, I have three of them :)

@xxdevi it really doesn't give the same effect... the lines still remain harsh, and the cotton rubbing against your eye due to the extra effort is pretty bad for your skin. Plus, the brush may be almost 20 dollars, but it'll last you forever, and it really does give amazing results. Sooo, I think that you should still get the brush :D

Yah, I would have to agree with 4Blindian4, because in some pictures, their like a mocha-y, chocolate, but in others they look reeealllyyy green/hazel and it's reallly confusing! lol. In fact, in one of his younger pictures, they were pitch black! Maybe it was just the lighting. But anyway, Bill doesn't really have a certain eye color, because they are ALWAYS changing! lol. Next week, they're gonna turn purple! haha :D

You should use a Eye shaddow primer if you have that problem :D

And use a peach color under your eyes to hide the dark circles

She uses a primer but not for this look. Th eyeliner makes the black pop more than with a light base. I think she doesn't have dark circles.
