no, you can't choose that. even though you have infinite supers in training mode, arcade mode will only let you do it when you use the glitch trigger. I've explained it in the one for the cyclops combo too, its the same idea, just different attacks for Havok.
the glitch lets you do three Lev.3 supers at the cost of only 2. You see the super meter? there's level 1,2 and 3 blocks and you can transfer energy between them. However, you can only get two level 3 supers to combo in one single combo. This throw glitch practically gives you the 3rd level 3 super for free. The trigger for this glitch is the air throw.
maybe the game creators use the cyclops or havok base character and just changed a move or two and the skin to make the character development alot faster
its only "the worst" cuz people fail to see the good stuff in this game. I would never consider this game one of Marvel's worst. Theres so many things you can do and you wont ever see the same stupid combo over and over (Magneto and your damn rom combo, im looking at jew!!!)
