  • The Venza would look sick with a slight drop and some black rims and tinted lights!

  • 38,000 dollars they must be crazy time to go to ford

  • @Pawandeep211 Yup.

  • imho. ford edge couldve been a good looking car but there is too much chrome and the dash and instrument cluster looks very busy and complicated. unlike venza there is simplicity while giving awesome ergonomics

  • Not wild about the grille, but the side profile and interior of the Venza are a win win. Kudos, Toyota.

  • All Toyota car is my opinion looks very dated and UGLY! they are stuck with this boring design! I haven't seen any exiting Toyota recently at all!

  • Who's better looking? Of course, VENZA. Admit it. If I'm going to choose between a Venza and Edge, Venza for sure. Ford just loads up their cars with tons of chrome, not on style and design.

  • hello. i'd like to spend 30k+ so i can carry my golf clubs around town.

  • Hi Dave!

  • I LOVE my Barcelona Red 2009 Venza!

  • sorry LZKS, i wouldnt take advice about a car from a dancing ferry unless they actually own one

  • @STINKYbongWATER4207 Alrite, well the whole fucking America has less common sense than a fucking dancing ferry. Feel better?

  • @LZKS suuuurrrrreeeee, whatever makes you sleep at night, kiddo. funny how i work at a high volume body shop and still haven't seen one of these. must be all over the roads. oh wait, i can count on one hand how many of these i've seen on the streets, maybe its people in your area that are buying all these up. i have yet to read a post of yours that proves your aptitude anyhow

  • simply ugly.. just me tho.. ^^

  • Becuz of YOU fuckers demanding these sedan/SUV piece of shit, now all fucking automakers are following and wasting raw materials. They say it's got benefits of both SUV and sedan. But in reality, it's got disadvantages of both SUV and sedan. How is this in any way a better choice over SUV? less space, can't do offroad for same price, same mpg, more fun to drive?no. Maybe stop and think, hm... why should I buy this car? Not like "duh.... buy"

  • you are rude and narrow minded. crossover advantages: doesn't roll in turns, more storage than sedan, cheaper tires than suv, and yes, somewhat better mpg

  • @chromedeluxe Rude, agree. Narrow minded? I may be vulgar but I speak only truth. MPG is identical, check Toyota website maybe? Rav4 doesn't roll much either. More storage than sedan? Well, less storage than Rav4. Cheaper tires? WTF? It has nothing to do with this.

  • I have heard there is a problem w/ Blind spot viewing....Is tht true ? Also the windows r small tht u can't take ur head out during drive thru, etc ?

ALso it makes a lot of noise while driving on highway ?

  • fuck the recall, im still buying one! well its not even on the recall list.

  • i have a Toyota Venza and it drives great but the rear visibility is shity.

  • I`ve said a lot of bad things about the Venza. It is a terrible car after all. BUT the rest of the cars a not bad and some even good. This RECALL thing I believe is some kind of plot against Toyota. Toyotas may be boring, or ugly, or as we know poorly built, BUT THEY ARE NOT UNSAFE! GO OUT AND BUY A TOYOTA!!! (just try to avoid the Venza)

  • really nice car. i seriously think toyota has fucked itself in the sense that this car is very similiar to the lexus rx350 (fully loaded). I would buy this car in a heartbeat.

  • I enjoy the bling quotient of the beautiful venza face.

I'd buy this car for my mom if I could, my family has the best history with toyotas. my uncle's 4runner, still going, the green hulk we call it. it has survived 18 northern ontario winters with over 550 clics on the transmission. Never a problem with a Toyota.

  • Venza's break while in the showroom at Toyota after some kids play with them for a little while. What are they gonna be like after a few years with your kids? Im not just speculating, it is a fact that Venzas frequently fall apart while still in the toyota showroom.

  • Prove it and I might believe you.

  • I dont need to prove it. If your looking at one, test drive it and see for yourself. I dont want to repeat all the Venza issues. If you go and look at it and you like it...buy it....but I warned you

  • VENZA OWNS

  • that chrome grill is ghastly... you can tell this is an american car.

  • @coolerdude44

Yes it was designed by a white.

  • VENZA OWNERS SHOULD NOT READ MY OTHER COMMENT. ..........the Venza is even worse than I am at posting comment on Youtube

  • I seriously cant believe this guy likes the car. I am honestly shocked. The Venza is a horrible car. VENZA OWNERS SHOULD READ MY OTHER COMMENT because you may start to hate your car, and Ive done it to people before who owned them and now they've lost their will to live

  • I have counted 17 parts that can be removed from the dash, most of which you can do with one finger. The fake wood near the shifter can be seriously easily removed. The panel above the little screen on the dash can also be removed easily. The panel with the window buttons, the panel on the floor that says venza on it as well. And none of the trim ON ANY VENZA lines up properely and believe me I have seen a lot of them. WORST BUILD QUALITY IN A TOYOTA EVER

  • @TheStigGTR -- you shouldn't be trying to take them off, but i agree, Toyota does need to realize that this is happening and take care of it. and question, have you notified your toyota dealer about the fact that these parst can be removed a little too easily, maybe they can fix it???

  • I dont have one...But i have driven many new ones. Even before anybody has bought them. And they are all the same...i havent seen 1 yet that is built properly. And trust me i have driven a lot of them (150+)

  • @TheStigGTR well, it's a japanese car made for america by americans. what do you expect? at least its quality is better than chrysler and nissan.

  • I havent been in a chrysler bought I seriously doubt that the Venza is better, and i know how bad chryslers can be. I honestly dont beleive any car on the north american market is worse than the venza. Obviously there are cheaper ones, but even they are better. I really believe that.

  • @TheStigGTR no the venza's not that bad. had you said camry or corolla, i'd agree. the nissan altima's terrible too.

  • that interior is hideous....when are they gone stop putting the gear stick on the center panel thats ugly....

  • They stole this design from FORD so sad

  • @apoliticalman

No they didn't. Edge is an SUV. This is a true crossover. Also, read up on FT-SX.

  • @JeremyFuhenstasser No the Edge is not an SUV, correction. I worked on the line at the Chicago Assembly plant. The Edge is built on the same UNIBODY platform as the Flex, the MKT, and now the Ford Explorer. The only true small SUV in Ford line up is the Escape which is built on a frame. This Toyota is built on the same UNIBODY platform that ALL Crossover are built on, including the EDGE.

  • @apoliticalman

Venza is not a copy of Edge as you claimed.

  • i just got my venza last month it's nice car in & out and performance five stars.

but it has a serious problem comes with The front cabin's, air noise caming form fornt doors.

i took it back to the dealer to get fix make storie short, and after they called toyota main company and drove anther branew venza they told me it's normal to hear that noise sound like i have my doors open. I HOPE THIS COMMENT HELPS! BEFORE YOU GUYS BUY AND ALSO IF YOU ALREADY HAVE 1 YOU SHOULD LISTEN TELL THE DEALER.

  • this is a good quality/practical car its best in its class against any competitor no question

  • Comment removed

  • What about 3 carseats in the back seat?

  • This is exactly what I want to know. Or what about two full carseats and a booster seat? Can you fit three kids in the back?

  • I went to the Toyota dealership today. I took all the car seats and put them in the back seat. The Venza BARELY fits 1 booster seat (in the middle), 1 forward facing seat, and 1 rear facing infant seat. It was DEFINATELY a sqweeze, but it works. One might want to go with a highlander instead.

  • If you want to fit 3 seats in the back, then you obviously had TOO much fun with your mate.

  • they copied the ford edge on a review i was reading even said.

  • The only stylistic Toyota car.

All other Toyota cars looks bland, except for Land Cruiser of course :p

  • the rear looks like a renault mégane

  • Wait a minute! The toyotas front head lamps look like the ford edges! what copy catters!

  • They made the headlamps look bettter though (in some ways more than others)

  • dave thomas like the wendys guy?

  • Wonderful Samurai grill look!

  • toyota copy volvo xcs from the back toyota pls don"t fack it

  • venza is ugly

  • Nice to finally see a Toyota with expressive style instead of their tradition approach which is to be as boring as a cold bowl of oatmeal

  • HEY, what's wrong with oatmeal man!

  • look at 1:39

  • Yeah, that's crazy storage.

  • It looks like they tryed to copy the Subaru Tribeca's body style in a way. I like the Tribeca's interior better than the Toyota. I would go with the Subaru over the Toyota. You get more for your money.

  • Nah, the Tribeca's bigger, not to mention the dash looks like a uterus. A closer competitor to this would be the Outback.

  • Realy? he thinks That looks aggressive? WOW!

  • Meh. Go with a subaru tribeca much more stylish and roomy plus another row plus tons of power and good offroading I woyldn't buy a toyota this is nice, it's like borderline luxury. It's not quite there. Subaru tribeca on the other hand is the most styligh interior I have ever been in in any car better than mercedes

  • The interior is nicely done though

  • That thing is a station wagon if you ask me. And that grille is nasty.

  • Well I am an American and I would never buy a Ford or Chevy after they put ths country in debt. I was a fan of them but i would rather spend my money on a car company that is wiser in there money use. This car is awsome, Ford Egdes are ugly and stupid. FORD= Found On Road Dead. My family has all owned toyotas and they didnt have to pamper the things and they lasted 10 to 13 years. Sorry Ford and Chevy but your failure is coming. Maybe you wont recover.

  • Looks nice. But who can afford a $30k car these days? Not average people, that's for sure.

  • @nhprman Are you serious?! Maybe if you have horrible credit along with lack of a job. This vehicle is competitively priced for this segment.

  • Part car, part SUV, part Ford Edge. Fail...

  • Wow this thing looks ugly omg......

  • holy crap 38gs for a toyota? RITE!

  • it's used to be called FORD EDGE ...

  • Is anyone here owning a Venza? I've been very interested in it's look and size plus it's cute but Having had Camrys for many years, I'm used to quietness and ride quality of camrys and I've heard these Venzas are loud at high speeds and ride quality is noisy. anything about it?

  • my mom is getting a Venza this weekend. we test drove it, and she loves it. right now she has a Camry hybrid, but she misses the size she had from her Chevy Trailblazer, - the fact that it's a Chevy. We tried it, they are getting the color she wan'ts this Friday, and we're going to get it. BTW, she chose the Black, with tan interior. any questions, just hit me up.

  • erk. Shouldda checked out the subaru forester it's very similar exept it can go offroad and the 4 cylinder can actually give it lots of power unlike this whree u need to get the 6 for any power at all

  • I really hate this car, they just coppied the edge. But the edge is better imo. They have the same base price but the edge comes standard with a v6, not some crappy i4. The edge is alot nice on the interior imo too.

  • The japanese had done it again! wiping out that smile of american car designers.

What happen America got no brains anymore? look at great ergonomic interior of the venza!

  • I agree. This car looks like the great Ford Edge.

I don't like japanese car because they keep copying american and german car designs.

  • I like they way they use the spacing in the car its just so practical it looks like a fun car to travel with

  • Oh look a habanero.

  • Toyota... sigh... stop copying the Lincoln MKV !!!

  • not as good as my honda accord! (sigh)

  • Starting at 26 ... as shown 38??? Are you effing serious? For $38,000... you could buy a helluva 3-series.

  • why the f would you compare a 3 series to a venza?

  • this a much better/bigger car than the little crippled 3 series trust me I've sat in both and the venza has much higher quality too, its a different car for different people I can say its a perfect car for someone with kids you get huge cargo space and the fuel economy is very good and yes its a TOYOTA means reliability and I like they height too its nice to sit high without pay too much for gas

  • yay!!

    go venza!!

    you rock!!♥♥

  • you can buy a real car for that!

  • 38k Damn

  • SUPER, VERY NICE CAR

  • We need bigger parking spaces for these monsters SUV

  • Love the sliding center console

  • 20 inch wheels!

  • Looks like a Ford Edge copycat to me! Smh..

  • 3 row cross overs? Sounds like vans with higher ground clearance to me...

  • If your refering to the Venza it only has 2 rows.

  • The interior looks comfy

  • then why the hell do you like it?!

    :/

  • Its actually very nice looking up close but its way to much money

  • wow dont copy the caliber and edge or anything. lol

  • The design of the Venza is based on the Toyota FT-SX concept car... It's hard to tell who copy who...

  • dude the edge is a copy of the Lexus RX model.

the caliber is a copy of the matrix.

    (in my opinion)

  • didnt the caliber come out first ? idk, i thought it came out a yr before. either way lol

  • I agree. you got it bro

  • For Toyota it's pretty nice. They aren't the best at building cars that stand out or have soul. The front has a lot of Ford Edge styling.

  • this is a great vehicle from toyota

  • 38 grand is kinda iffy for that car.

  • I really like this crossover.

  • i know toyota makes lexus but when is toyota itself going to make a sports car

  • they had supra celica and mr2 - man even the camry and corolla used to be sporty...... i hate that they have nothing sporty to offer anymore :(

toyota is my favorite company still tho

  • when was the camry sporty?

  • i myself own a 1995 toyota camry v6 se which has a coupe body style. its very rare because it wasnt very profitable for toyota so they discontinued it, but then brought it back as the salara (excuse the spelling) before my 1995 camry, i owned another camry which was a 1996 "sport edition" i live in canada by the way, i dont know where ur from but maybe u wont have those models available? i think only USA and canada ave them but i could be wrong

  • i live in canada now, but 1995 i was in china

i rmb the 1992's were not quite sporty

    the celicas i rmb lol

    thx for the history!

  • no problem!

  • The only Toyota products I like are the Scion xB, tC, Lexus LX570, L460 and the Toyota FJ Cruiser but the Venza is awesome!

  • Developed and made for the US Market. You won't see this Camry based crossover in Japan. Styling and Engineering by Toyota USA...

  • nice packaging, but i dont like the grille. overall nice crossover though. im sick of all those soccer moms driving fully awd capable suvs only on the road and to the grocery store, so it would be better if they moved over to cars like this.

  • these videos are never loud enough

  • Looks like a rip off of the Ford Edge

  • great interior but the exterior sucks

  • i like it actually, i saw in real life in white, i think its a very attractive car/suv?

  • It is a huge step up from typical BORING toyotas but still TOO BORING..come on toyota...do you like be boring?

  • I'm not a fan of that front grill.

  • the front is downright ugly, I like the interior and the size though.

  • Every thing it x100000 from the highlander exept the 2 rows

  • nice

  • i really like this car but its price a little high.

  • looks like a ford edge

  • its nice, styling is a bit odd, not sure if im that into it and i think its a little pricey for what you get.

  • Crazy Car, looks like a camry SUV

  • it was supposed to be...

  • was... it is yo !!!

  • what?! you make no sense!

  • ur were like it was supposed to be a Camry SUV , then im was liek was it is since it is a camry suv and its not liek one it is one.
