It is contrutive/educational, or rather, at least tries to be. With that said what it does, factually speaking, is poke fun of the African-American/Nigga way of life in such a way that MAY be perceived as offensive. It is a social satire as you point out but also a raw black comedy. It is understood by most viewers as more of the latter than the former. ya feel me, nigga?
