  • i am not sure about that,but these exercises he shows us are not that easy,some are extremly hard!the only thing i now for sure is that if i do this exercises for 3 maybe even for months,i will get extremely fit ! there is no doubt there!

  • @tsiapas1423 well u have to eat well too to get muscles or lose weight u cant just exercise and do some cardio too if u lose the body fat u get the six pack.

  • By the way, most people would prefer to do the same exercises with dumbbells. All you need for shoulders are front raises, lateral raises, and some shrugs. Remember heavy weight low rep = size and low weight many reps = endurance (definition)

  • Heavy Weight/Low Rep = Strength/Muscle Density

    Less Than 5 Reps/Set 2-3 Sets

    Lighter Weight/Mid Rep = Strength/Muscle Size

    6-10 Reps/Set

    Low Weight/High Reps = Muscle Endurance

    15 Reps/ Set or more

Its 10 times better to do some pull ups and other exercises with ur own weight. by the way that dude doing this hilarious routine for blondes, is not that fit.
