i am not sure about that,but these exercises he shows us are not that easy,some are extremly hard!the only thing i now for sure is that if i do this exercises for 3 maybe even for months,i will get extremely fit ! there is no doubt there!

By the way, most people would prefer to do the same exercises with dumbbells. All you need for shoulders are front raises, lateral raises, and some shrugs. Remember heavy weight low rep = size and low weight many reps = endurance (definition)

Less Than 5 Reps/Set 2-3 Sets
Lighter Weight/Mid Rep = Strength/Muscle Size
6-10 Reps/Set
Low Weight/High Reps = Muscle Endurance
15 Reps/ Set or more
