the step in 1:57 after that you should fold it the other way so it folds in like it does in 2:35 but easier. its so much easier. i only watched this video because i needed the wing flapping. lol!

we were just studying japan i our middle school and we had to make 1000 of these (total). We learned that this one girl like 12 or so was hit by fat boy in WWII and got lukiemia (i dont know how to spell it) and she was in the hospital and the rumor was that if you made 1000 cranes you would get one wish, so she tried, but didnt make enough and died. anyway.. just thought i would try to answer your question.
