Hybrids arent as good for the economy as most think. Yes they save you money, but the batteries are very bad. Still nice car.

@ToyotaforCorolla I guess I'm in that 5%. We own 2 Volkswagens and are getting a new Audi A5, A4, or S4 in the next few months. Great cars. When gas gets to $10 a gallon we will probably get a Tesla or something like that.

Forgot to add...did you not put the dots together? The person that bought that OBVIOUSLY abused it if it didn't ever have its timing belt changed. Also means it never went in for regular maintenance. ANY car, I don't care what kind of car it is, will be a piece of shit if it never gets its timing belt changed or get regular maintenance. Buying it at 127k miles might have also been an issue smart one. Who the hell buys a car at 127k miles and expects it to me care-free?

We did see the Prius but the Toyota guys wouldn't take more than $2500 for the Audi because they sell like hell and sell a lot so they were lukewarm to taking the Audi

The Honda guys, after arguing for 3 hours, took the Audi for 6.5K. And the Honda was a little cheaper combined with the high trade in value, we got a good deal.

But the Prius is bigger and refined while the Honda is a bit smaller and sportier
