Pretty sure it was 1999. Give or take a year.

No, this is from 1996, not from 1999.

That's possible, I guess. But it seems pretty early. It was just before the first season of Elmo's World which would make it 1998, '97 is possible.

I really doubt it was 96, though. I'll check the slate the next time I digging through the masters.
