to be honest, i think most of the songs kind of lose their way mid way through then regain "conciousness." some times they just dont flow. only one that remains consistent would be weapon get. but that's just my two cents.

I like how you have the audacity to insist that your stage select music, which is literally one of the most repetitive and overall grating chiptunes I've ever heard, is better than the stage select music in Mega Man 9, a good composition that gets people pumped up and eager to fight good robot masters in a good game with good art direction and good level design (Also it took more than 10 seconds of drumming on one's desk to conceive). :)

I think my only issue about this is the design of Tank Man. He looks a little to wimpy-looking. For a Robot Master named "Tank Man" I'd expect something with the proportions of Guts Man and with huge arm cannons

It's bad enough that there are already some people who think Tank Man is a ripoff of Commando Man, despite the fact that Tank Man was around before Capcom even announced MM10.

The thing is that Tank Man and Commando Man look nothing alike. The only real thing they have in common is the color green.

Capcom having their own Nitro Man is most likely a coincidence. I don't think the MM Japanese developers scout around and say "Hey! Let's steal some fan ideas!" Besides, they follow 2 different nitro themes.

MM10 Nitro Man - nitro fuel (for vehicles)

MMU Nitro Man - nitroglycerin (an explosive)

As for the official Megaman 10 webpage, MegaPhilX discovered why they used his designs for Comet Woman's stage and the boss select mugshot frames.

Apparently, a web designer working for Capcom searched for "Mega Man 10" online and found MegaPhilX's game, which was known as "Mega Man 10" at the time. Obviously not knowing any better, the designer used these images when designing the page. It was a mistake.

Kev's really good at composing a vast number of really great songs quickly, and you, Megaphilx, are more of a perfectionist, working slowly but perfectly on the song you have at hand.

Yan however, just knows how to get a song stuck in our heads better.

Tank Man's theme is very epic. It has a kind of militant but somber tone to it, as if something sad and terrible is about to happen and must be stopped. It kind of makes you fear but also feel sorry for Tank Man at the same time (after all, he's just doing what he was programmed to do). It's really cool! ^_^

The only one I really like was the Get Weapon theme. Other than that, the music sounds a little out of control and hard to follow. There is no real melody to the tracks and there is no flow to them. It sounds like a bunch of notes playing randomly with a beat in the background.

Good effort, but it's easy to distinguish Capcom's tracks from yours.
