This a relief technique, actually called collograph where you create a raised surface instead of a carved surface. Glue works but often the best ones combine a variety of materials and textures. Instead of a stamp pad I recommend a inexpensive brayer and some ink. I think calling this letterpress is misleading. Nothing bad about collograph prints but letterpress printing is very different process and result.
She does crafts and explains some of her techniques used...chill out it's not that serious....It's an example for you to try out on your own..I thought it was awesome prismera...the jewelry looks nice too!

This is scary, the impression is awful. The inking is atrocious. Also where is the press? This is a stamp not letter press.
