  • Just listened to Jack and feel quite relaxed. I don't feel too much yet in my body but perhaps I have to get into it and repeat the excercises. Thanks.

  • This body scanning should be done in a more systematic way , otherwise the mind jumps around in the body from one point to another.

    Start with the legs and move up, back, arms, neck head, face ando down again.

  • I need this as i'm well into war-related PTSD from Nam and putting in place self thought cognitive therapy to try to get off the medication. The Buddists help me and i also find Gillian Ross CD's and programs very good. My life I hope will turn around for he better and I may stop losing families. If this doesnt work I guess I/m out of here . In my tenth year of minfullness and als progessive muscle meditation and some chanting. I have drunk evey type of tea on the planet.
