@lifeisgood070 a person! of the company manufactured trials of magnetic ring diff_ as you watch video the left(reality the right of the vehicle) ring which eliminates tension of tension rings with magnetic F is engaged quite fast and different angular velocities have to stack in position, as a result galling and chipping effects occur. That's why it's used on a very light off road use and FF vehicle. for ex: study torsen to see it's engaged all time with diff ratio at a time.
