I like to know that Science will always be funded, that education will always carry on going, that a police force will help me if someone tries to rob me. The US government actually requires US citizens living abroad to pay income taxes on money they make in other countries. Yes, money that they legitimately earn in foreign currency and endeavors. The Federal Reserve and those that run/control it are above the affect of this opt-out movement but the government, corporations and individuals would feel it. I am not American but I do think there is an issue with money and those that control it. In my country (Canada) as well. "Opt"ting out of central bank paper money might get closer to the root of the problem.
