@DaSora2: No injury with Wolverine is permanent. Just doesn't work that way. If his skull was crushed, then yes, but Adamantium absorbs all types of impact, it's not just sturdy, it's meant to dissipate force, not even the Hulk can break it.

And internal organ damage again doesn't work that way with Wolverine. You have to make it so that he has no material to come back from (sans decapitation) or he's going to back.

He once had his entire abdominal region destroyed by a C4 explosive.

@DaSora2 Hulk has never broken true adamantium like what is on Wolverine's bones. He can bend and possibly break secondary adamantium, which is much weaker and cheaper than true adamantium. Now, ultimate universe Hulk has broken a few small pieces of adamantium, but adamantium is much weaker in that universe and that was a different Hulk than the real one we are talking about. Sure, writers don't want Wolverine to be killed, but Hulk couldn't break his bones if he wanted to.

A nuclear bomb can't even destroy adamantium, and a nuke vaporizes all other Earthly materials. Unless Hulk can prove that he can break adamantium or overpower someone else who has broken it, at his maximum anger, there is no arguing that he can do it. Plus, if Hulk gets too powerful he starts to overload and die, by bleeding out of random spots on his body.

His healing factor would'nt matter if he has nothing left to heal, after all, Wolverine is much faster than Hulk. He'd have Hulk armless in a couple quick slashes. But Hulk's neck is'nt too think and Wolverine's claws' length combined would be able to do the job. In fact, if the decapitated him at the begining, we would'nt even seen the thunder-clap part!

but hulk as joe fixit when he fought wolverine joe fixit will heal from every cut for example he cuts hulks face 5 times in a row by the time wolverine cut him the first time the second time it would be already healed and when u say claw length combined do u think wolverine an add height to his claws by sending one claw back into his hand?!? and hulk reflexes get better and wolverine only has one way when he jumps and thats up and hulks reflexes caught spiderman who is slightly faster

and when wolverine jumps hulk can smack him back down from reflexes see when wolverine jumps towards hulks head theres around to me a 75% he will get smacked back down or hulk will move a bit from reflex causing a face ut or something cause hulk won't stand still for wolverine to get an accurate decapitation and how would hulk have nothing to heal from when his healing automatically works when cut wolverine would have to move faster then anything in the universe to turn hulk into a pile of green

but u have to admit hulk vs wolverine fight suked they just took turns hitting each other it would of been better trading blows like hulk smacks wolverine into a tree wolverine gets up run trys to get a decapatation on hulk hulk moves slighty from relfex getting a face cut hulk grabs wolverien head slams him down wolverine claws hulk ankle jumps up face cut hulk hulk hits tries to hit wolverine down wolverine dodges etc. but no it was like hulks turn to get 5 hits then wolverines 5 hit turn

Well, both fighters are tough cookies. Like Wolverine can cut through anything, his skeleton is indestructible, and heals from wounds almost instantly. Hulk is the strongest. ever. and he has a healing factor and gets even stronger as he is angered. That's why they make one heck of a sweet fight.

true but they way they did it in hulk vs wolverine animated it sucked that not how a fight between those 2 i think won't go they took 4-6 turn hits not like wolverine laws hulk hulk swats wolverine not trading blows like that but taking turns on 4-6 hits but hulk vs weapon x was better especially when he knocked sabre tooth into orbit

I'm back. No, I mean when Wolverine leaped on his back after Hulk was owning him underwater. If Wolverine put one set of claws in one side of his neck, the other set on the other side and then cut in different directions, Hulk would be headless. It's hard to explain...
