While Travis wall is talented and is proving to be a talented choreographer, his dancing is of the variety that comes from training. Danny on the other hand is that rare dancer who has technical ability and lines that can be taught, as well as a natural grace, and quality of movement, that can not. Danny moves me to tears when he dances. He is perfection.

As far as comparisons go, it's really apples and oranges because one is a ballet dancer and one is contemporary. The fact that they were both taught by their mother make them look more alike when they dance than they should. But these are the kinds of comparisons that are fun to make because they are both so over the top fantastic.

I think their techniques are pretty comparable with Danny having a longer slightly more pleasing line. But Travis transcends his technique while Danny IS his technique. Travis has moved beyond perfection and isn't afraid to look ugly or awkward in the name of art.. Danny is still just perfect, which is astonishing, but that's all it is.

Beautifully put, and I do agree up to a point. However, this was filmed quite a while ago. I think Danny has managed to look awkwardly ugly in the name of art since this was made: that Wade Robson routine (top 6?) to Tom Waitts. Like, swamp-thing ugly.

I disagree that Danny is "just his technique". All the technical training in the world can't make you *naturally* fluid, graceful and leave a viewer with the enduring impression that you were born to dance. You're either a natural mover or you're not. Travis is talented but the training and the hard work is always very, very visible when he moves while Danny makes dancing look like breathing. But the best artists always make it seem so easy, which is what transcendence involves.

I don't know if any of you know, but they are brothers...danny was adopted by travis' mom when they were small, and the two of them grew up together learning how to dance in their mom's studio...both brilliant!!

danny has way better technique.,but travis's originallity and style is simply amazing. i think travis has a better attitude and feels out his music alot more that danny. danny comes off as cocky and hot shit which turns alot of people off. but either way they are great dancers

this is a beautiful song, my dance teacher showed it to us one day after class and I could just picture it on So You Think You Can Dance, I just melted and soaked it in, our whole class went silent in rapture. glad it was done by the two best contemporary dances ever on the show!

I did want to point out that this video was edited by a good friend of mine -- Daniel Babigian -- and so it isn't actually the original music that the dancers worked to. The original piece was from a show coreographed by Lauren Adams entitled "Moving Still.: And I'm not sure which song was used originally. None the less, thank you so much for the kindnesses again. "Delirious" is on an album where one of the songs contains an explicit word, so iTunes had to label all of the album's contents as explicit, eventhough, as you've noticed, it probably shouldn't be. What can you do?
