I used Adobe Premiere (though any program with frame-specific editing would do just fine). The clips are from various episodes in the first two seasons.

The audio is from the original 300 Teaser trailer. Just search '300 teaser' and you'll find it no prob.

not WMM, it wont me cut down clips to a specific second to a millisecond, unlike the other programs

I certainly needed to edit specific frames in order to get the mouth flaps to line up properly =P

What are you talking about? WMM lets you edit at frame level. Though it may have problems doing it with some file formats, that use keyframes, don't know. I rarely use WMM and then only with DV AVI files. Convert video to DV AVI or MS AVI uncompressed and you can definitely edit at frame level. No point going below frame (41,(6) millisec on PAL system), in fact, no program usually allows it.
