Bankruptcy is the solution here ppl. Don't bail out ANYONE. They will restructure during a bankruptcy selling off those portions that are money losers and shore up those aspects that show promise. This goes for companies AND individuals. A bailout is UNFAIR to all those individuals and companies that played by the rules.

This started with the Carter administration establishing fannie mae and freddie mac and culminated with the clinton administration passing the 1995 housing bill.
