Imelda Marcos was Ninoy's first and only love. Ninoy married Cory for political and financial reasons. Ninoy hated Marcos for marrying Imelda and Cory hated Imelda so much that her hypocritical saintly rosary clutching image did not even asked forgiveness from Imelda for what she did to her. It became Ninoy and Cory's lifetime quest to ruin Marcos and Imelda. I'm sure they are burning in hell especially Cory for her hypocrisy.

Cory couldnt even have the diplomatic nor charm as Imelda,
GMA is too short of a person to even be a leader of Phiippines but guess what she fell into that position not elected so that sums up everything,
now getting back to Imelda she is still in my opinion the queen of pinas & if she had ruled would have been harsher & more disciplined then the neighboring countries, but Philippines would have been on the road to revovery by now!
