  • Mate i dunno what u guys are goin on about!!! at glade they where deff playing death core gabba that wasnt far from this!!! Sound art, Music, ehh. lots of ppl also define silence as a type of atmospheric music as it isnt really silent!!! john cage made this point!!! love this George, u is a genius!!

  • I think this is more of a neat looking noise maker than a drum machine. I suppose some of the sounds could be used as samples.

  • Fucking awesome !!

It doesn't really sound like a drum machine, more like a synth from hell !

Have you tried making som dubstep basslines with it?

  • @janvierbam Cheers dude :) I've taken a bit of time off from noise over the last six months as I've been setting up a print studio for myself, but I'm chatting to a mate at the moment about a collaboration involving my machines, his Ableton and Reason skills, and then working on some live moving image work along side it to make some mad, noisy sensual overload :D

  • Cheers man, constructive. I wouldn't worry about it, I like it, a lot of other people like it, clearly you don't, it really doesn't matter.

  • Sorry for being harsh. I admire your creative skills, especially your technical ones for building this. But in the end theres nothing musical about it. Just noise. I know some people like this, i just dont know why.

  • haha, indeed... it is just noise, some would call it music, I guess it comes down to your personal definitions of music. For me it's not music, it's sound art... it's not based on emotions, but rather concept.

  • @GeorgeHurstAV I think that, on some level, you could describe music as "just noise" too. Music is a relative term.

  • @redepoch76 Quite right man, salient words

  • @GeorgeHurstAV "sound art"... i like that.

  • Everyday some guy makes a new synth like this, and in the end, they all sound uselss.

  • Ah yes, but it's unique. And sounds a bit like a flatulent lawn mover, which is nice.
