Lance I just ordered the first ever Astro Dust 88 verb combo. Half power version of the Stardust you reviewed. Wondered if you would recommend the Anico version of the Austin Speaker Works or if you think the ceramics would be a better match.
Hi Lance, this tone is absolutely sick. I know it is nearly imposible to get tones like this out of a pedal, but can you suggest something that will emulate some of the saturation and note clarity that you get with the Bludotone? Unfortunately I just cannot afford the amp itself. I plug HB's into a 50 Watt Marshall, non master volume clone. I thank you in advance and keep rocking!
is this a top secret amp, or would brandon consider building one for others. i'm the same way--use the drive channel & the guitar's volume to clean up. very nice
The one hot sounding amp! Love the harmonic rich overdrive. Must be one of the best D-style tone I've heard, much better than many of the RF-wannabees... ;-)
