But i suggest u remove that IMEI from ur comment, Its your telephons "verification number", thats the number that if ur phone gets stolen, they lock that number from the net, So its pretty valuable info. So i would suggest u to remove it.

i just restored it with itunes (ur iphone wont be jail broken anymore but you wil have the normal 3.0 firmware thats good) and when ur iphone is normal again with the 3.0 firmware!!

restart this tutorial and it wil work than you'll have firmware 3.0 jailbroke ! so actualy you need to go from normal 3.0 to 3;0 jailbroke (sry 4 bad grammer im from belgium)

My screen doesn't do that white thing yours does, and I have an iPhone 3G. Then it stops at the second "waiting for reboot," causes me to exit out and puts my iPhone in safety mode. So I have to restore it on iTunes, which takes a while.

I've done this three times already. e.e Any suggestions? Because this is really pissing me off.

same here you dont have to restore it on itunes tho you hold the home and power buttons for like 10 seconds and you will here the chime then you just do the regular power on procedure

Weird... My iPod Touch doesn't reboot when it's supposed to be, it's just stuck on "waiting for reboot". Other videos out there rebooted pretty fast.

its not my first time jailbreaking, but what you wan to try is go back into itunes restore into 3.0 and then do that jailbreak again

I did that, I restored it to 3.0.

I also tried using redsn0w 0.7 (since I was using 0.7.2) but I ended up with the same issue with 0.7. My iPod wouldn't reboot at the "Waiting for reboot". In fact, I'm still hanging on that this very moment as I type this comment.
