Do not attempt to practice this inside your house if you have the standard 8 foot ceiling. You can't extend your sword to its intended height unless you jab a hole in your ceiling. It is best practiced outdoors or in a gym. XD

This is so true. I usually use a shortened practice sword or I go outside.
