@deshezz He got demoted for doing this. This officer was about two steps away from the Chief's position, and they busted him down to Sergeant for it. All I can say is he can be my Chief anyday, and I hope an agency looking for a Chief in our area makes a pitch of recruitment to him. His talents and intelligence are being wasted by hanging around in Renton.

@Dyingforlife I agree wholeheartedly. I worked many years as an administrator for a police agency and pointed out similar issues. This misbehavior (and worse) is rampant throughout the government in general ........in my case I reluctantly accepted an early retirement at 48 years old. Before retirement I was advised that, although I was a good administrator, I needed to "play the game" and become a "team player" .......... but I just couldn't do it. If the public REALLY knew.
