If you pay attention, the muppets all trade bodies but not voices, Dad's always a deep voice, Mom somewhat higher, and the kids similar, but notice how sometimes he's blue, then orange, then green, etc, and the same with the others? Interesting.
That was so neat seeing this again. :) I too remember the anything Muppets without faces at the beginning and the mess they became in the end. Thank you. :)
@mratfauver Maybe, but then there's the old adage "If it isn't broke, don't fix it" - Sesame Street was great the way it was - no one needed to change it - but, when SS fell under new management, that was it

I liked the family in the beginning, and the hippie family near the end. In fact, the hippie family is my fave.
1:55-2:08 was a little weird, though......

How about the Mixed Up Family at the end ;)

A perfect EXTRA-ordinary memory from my good old viewing days of Sesame Street! The 'malfunctional' wardrobe at the end I remember as well!

I was never scared by the faceless puppets, but I wonder if it scared other kids. It never came up.

Never saw this as a kid, but I assume it would've actually taught me how to make an Anything Muppet!

I cry in a good way, forgetting for roughly three minutes how Sesame Street has degenerated.
OtherBrother09 2 years ago 2
@OtherBrother09 Sesame Street hasn't degenerated, it's only changed with the times. You can't live in the past forever, you know.
