  • You can't lose your weight trough pilates, but you can shape your muscles and still keep your femininity. To lose weight you should combine pilates with some other exercise like: cycling, swimming, running, or skating. Pilates can be little faster than on this video(but not too fast), but it 's still for your strength and flexibility, not for loosing fat.
