@LexiHeartDesign I think they broke up earlier this summer as Ian told his audition story at the TVD Convention in Australia over the July 4th weekend and referred to her as his ex. I was pretty surprised to hear this as he always spoke so fondly about her, but I guess work got in the way. :-(

@xiiska Ian confirmed @ the 'TVD Convention' in Australia last July that he + Meghan had broken up, as he told his audition story from this video + referred to her as his 'ex'. He's now living in Atlanta along with the other cast members + they usually work 5 days a week, but due to interruptions they've had this season (illnesses, injuries, a snow storm), they have also had to film on some weekends. I'm guessing his busy workload meant he couldn't see her as much as he wanted to.
