idk about bf2 but in 2142 every class for example recon has 2 lines of upgrades each leading to a new weapon. In this this case he unlocked the new weapon for the sinper line as well as the steadier for the scope and got the RDX (C4)from the spec-ops line

well speaking as a person that plays css as well, the sniper class in 2142 is not like the awp in the fact that you have more so to wait for a perfect shot in my opinion because of the fact that you have to somewhat wait for the crosshairs to focus in.

I ran fRAPS without sound 30FPS on half size i also had to turn down my settings for my graphics so was able to play with little performance lag
