Yeah, I'm sure he calculated it himself. Dude is a clown and anytime he is confronted in a venue where there isn't time to get down to the facts he will say that the other party is wrong even if that isn't the case. He is smart enough to know that there won't be time to refute his BS. Kind of like what he did to Ron Paul when he was being confronted about his comments about auditing the federal reserve.
