Chinese kicks are different from TKD, they move the pivot point alot more than TKD and has more intricate footwork hidden behind his kicks. It's harder for taller Koreans to twist & turn around so TKD is mainly about kicking from stationary position to take advantage of their kicking strength.

But imagine you are in one of the 15 ppl surrounding dragon. You don't know what's his nxt move and you may be the next to get hit, and he hits really hard.
