@MrLordonalot Because a planet is tidally locked there does not mean gravity and electromagnetism do not exist there. Gravity is related to mass (or it is simply momentum in certain models but don't worry about that) and electromagnetism is a fundamental interaction and exists everywhere in the universe.

Imagine if people worked not to obtain profit, because people don't work to obtain profit. Owners allow people to work for profit, but in a social democracy, people don't need to work to obtain profit. They merely work. And work adjusts as it would by nature of what is necessary and what is not. Thus employment will come nature to fill in dead space, but never to overfill.
Employment that has seeped out or employment that cannot be filled into a particular occupation will coincide in another will find another avenue.
The greatest factor that will determine what employments there should be and who shall be employed will ultimately be the community and this is what draws the line at for most people. "How can trust the people to make the right decision blindly on their own?"
Now it is true, humans are insanely aggressive. But you'll be surprised...
Humans do natural turn towards logic in their course of behavior without ever thinking about it. The true matter is do we see the logical flow of life regardless of all the twists and turns and obstacles that havoc our perception? There is always a survival of the fittest at work. Bullying is a form of this. The weak are set aside merely to die out and the strong become leaders to the packs of other humans to follow along. But being more intelligent than other animals we can freely question this
The very nature of how we behave is to survive and pass our genes on to the next generation. But the reason for why we live or why there is life, is merely to allow the opportunity of evolution, of change. So that prosperity may always happen and life can continue. Knowing this and how vastly more intelligent we are, we can continue to change ourselves allowing greater prosperity and thus less need to worry about individual survival. After all, no other life form can invent what we invent.
And no life form can draw on as much surplus of food as we do annually. So what is the problem?
Is there a problem?
Now lets go back to the understanding of human society. If humans naturally lean towards creating surpluses of food, there is less incentive to hoard and thus we are more likely to share, which creates new avenues of behavior.
But most surely it also creates a new look of ourselves. The reason why we depend so much on currency is the matter of limited resources.
However, no resource is truly that limited. Even nonrenewable resources can be obtained by new venues that really question if they truly are nonrenewable. And any obstacle can be met and worked around by using our massive intelligence, plus if we took the time to actually think of how we do things, we hold the capacity to change our behavior and thus prevent any catastrophe, especially if we always allow new voices to be heard rather than singled out, unless the behavior allows obstruction
Nevertheless, the truth of the matter is people feel uncomfortable about other people due to the nature of realism, survival of the fittest, personal myths of laziness, and lack of trust about other people, which is really where it all comes down to.
You see I am not attempting to explain another organisms behavior to you. I am explaining your own behavior to yourself, because that is ultimately what we are dealing with, ourselves.
So better than to ask what the person will do, ask yourself.
Regardless of how different we see other human beings, it all comes down the fact that humans are actually very much the same when you don't view yourself as one of them and likewise if all humans possess the same behavior and you come to the realization that you are a human and your behavior is the same as theirs, ceteris paribus, the outcome of your own behavior judgement will be the same as theirs. The reason, only reason why a non-currency system won't work is because of you and your doubt.
My personal belief is that humans can survive without currency and thus scientists can be permitted to do their research for the sake of humanity without any form of limitations, which is what money always permits due to the fact any set amount will cap off any further advance in research you could have made if there was just a little bit more flow of money. So get rid of it. If two family members are able to work and help each other without being lazy or being paid, then why not everyone else?
The one thing I don't like about the designs for creatures in this documentary as opposed to ones in a certain other one, is that they seem to miss a lot of loop holes in their theories as well as the simple concepts of life that would make it completely different on other planets. Sure there would be similarities, but they're picking out the wrong ones.
Where do they get this stuff from??? I mean we out here trying to fine out if there life out there an we have so called UFO's looking at us from the sky an made animals they think maybe there... Come on you have to do better then that,, But they do have some nice toys.
This isn't totally imagination, they used knowledge of life we already know about, and physics.. granted, there's no way to know for sure what life on other planets will be like, but this is probably the best guess anyone could come up with. I'm certainly not an expert on this stuff, but I'm pretty sure you aren't either.

We'll be ready to move on when we put an end to hunger, homelessness and poverty. After we find a cure for Aids, Cancer and other infectious diseases. When we stop killing each other. When we clean up the planet, and stop our dependence on fossil fuel. When we learn to live at peace with God and man. Then, and only then, should we be exploring the cosmos.
thats probably what will happen because our space exploration isnt that great anyways right now... all we can do right now is use our *magnificent telescopes* and just take pictures of stuff...

(Now that I listen to myself say that it sounds like a silly joke. lol But it's not. It's one of the stories of the bible, but it's selective. As it's not approved for all bibles so some have heard of it and some haven't. But then again that sort've makes churches untrustworthy, twisting the words of God and no one's the wiser. D:< )

Imagine if people worked not to obtain profit, because people don't work to obtain profit. Owners allow people to work for profit, but in a social democracy, people don't need to work to obtain profit. They merely work. And work adjusts as it would by nature of what is necessary and what is not. Thus employment will come nature to fill in dead space, but never to overfill.

The true matter is do we see the logical flow of life regardless of all the twists and turns and obstacles that havoc our perception? There is always a survival of the fittest at work. Bullying is a form of this. The weak are set aside merely to die out and the strong become leaders to the packs of other humans to follow along. But being more intelligent than other animals we can freely question this

The very nature of how we behave is to survive and pass our genes on to the next generation. But the reason for why we live or why there is life, is merely to allow the opportunity of evolution, of change. So that prosperity may always happen and life can continue. Knowing this and how vastly more intelligent we are, we can continue to change ourselves allowing greater prosperity and thus less need to worry about individual survival. After all, no other life form can invent what we invent.

Now lets go back to the understanding of human society. If humans naturally lean towards creating surpluses of food, there is less incentive to hoard and thus we are more likely to share, which creates new avenues of behavior.
But most surely it also creates a new look of ourselves. The reason why we depend so much on currency is the matter of limited resources.

However, no resource is truly that limited. Even nonrenewable resources can be obtained by new venues that really question if they truly are nonrenewable. And any obstacle can be met and worked around by using our massive intelligence, plus if we took the time to actually think of how we do things, we hold the capacity to change our behavior and thus prevent any catastrophe, especially if we always allow new voices to be heard rather than singled out, unless the behavior allows obstruction

Regardless of how different we see other human beings, it all comes down the fact that humans are actually very much the same when you don't view yourself as one of them and likewise if all humans possess the same behavior and you come to the realization that you are a human and your behavior is the same as theirs, ceteris paribus, the outcome of your own behavior judgement will be the same as theirs. The reason, only reason why a non-currency system won't work is because of you and your doubt.

My personal belief is that humans can survive without currency and thus scientists can be permitted to do their research for the sake of humanity without any form of limitations, which is what money always permits due to the fact any set amount will cap off any further advance in research you could have made if there was just a little bit more flow of money. So get rid of it. If two family members are able to work and help each other without being lazy or being paid, then why not everyone else?

The one thing I don't like about the designs for creatures in this documentary as opposed to ones in a certain other one, is that they seem to miss a lot of loop holes in their theories as well as the simple concepts of life that would make it completely different on other planets. Sure there would be similarities, but they're picking out the wrong ones.

This isn't totally imagination, they used knowledge of life we already know about, and physics.. granted, there's no way to know for sure what life on other planets will be like, but this is probably the best guess anyone could come up with. I'm certainly not an expert on this stuff, but I'm pretty sure you aren't either.
