  • It was on the right setting, but it was on mute for some reason. Whatever it was, I was able to take care of it on that utility screen, so I'm thankful.

  • I click on that MIDI Audio app and i get something diffrent, I get Audio Devices

  • thats awesome. but in my settings or whatever you were doesn't even have the options of built in microphone. it had the USB cord mic. i have been trying to use but that still doesn't work for Skype. do you know what to do?

  • You need USB microphone or USB Headset for Skype and other recording aplications. Mini jack headphones are not supported on your Mac Mini. I think e.g. the Logitech 250 USB Headset solves your problem. Ps. sorry for my english.
