This is what I think happened to blue, after the dare the note told him to complete the next dare and not tell the team members. By doing the secret dare, he got to finish early and the point of the dare was while he was completing it, the rest of the team worried something happened to him which was the whole point of the secret dare. Then the computer told them what happened to blue so they could start their next dare.
