How is this not cutting off air supply or circulation. Worst invention ever i would rather teach my child to swim in a way that doesnt involve putting a inner tube around their neck and putting them in water. So irresponsible.

@corrybelanger These are made specifically for babies and do not choke them, cut off circulation or cause any harm to their delicate necks and allows them freedom in the swimming pool or bathtub.
