What most people don't know is that "Sherrie" was his real-life girlfriend and that's her in the video. She screwed with his head for years. It's widely agreed that because of his devotion to her and her indifference toward him, he sort of "went off the deep end" and, as a result, caused the break-up of Journey. Neil and Ross got tired of waiting for Steve to get over her, which is sad because if they HAD waited, they'd probably still be together. Too many conflicting personalities, I guess.

My father would have locked me away for 20 years if I had dared to dress like a skank. I had a great little figure - a perfect size 3 (I was naturally petite) and I never never once dressed inappropriately. My body was always well covered.
