  • do you crash on purpose ?

  • oh, my sincere condolence didn't know that :( ...

  • you better go back to 4 wheels

  • @1WEEBLE1 He is dead now, he won't be going back to anything.

  • it seems that u just keep fallin' on your left side hmhmhmhmhm...

  • @djbepo0075 He is dead, he wont be falling to the left anymore.

  • Good thing you fellas are well geared! but had to laugh mate you take it in good humour when you fall :D

Kudos, your vids help us riders see what to avoid :P hehe

  • @hoppie182 agreed. he chuckled when he went down. i had a slow lowside like this. people gathered around i stood up and bowed. lol. his attitude was like " shit happens, life goes on" RIP sven

  • Get road tyres!

  • 0:40 anyone else see a red spartan (halo) leg?

  • This reminds me of my first black-ice experience: Riding a Yamaha SR early in the morning (+3 Celsius) on a straight and paved road around 40 km/h when suddenly my rear-wheel looses grip and I find myself sliding on my side 5 meters down the road. Only things that took damage were the clutch-handle, shifter and a deck of cards in my pocket. Besides them there were no damage to me or the bike what so ever.

  • @TheGreedyH deck of cards?? Travelling magician?

  • @goodfellaaw Nope. Just an electrician. But the deck of cards was still a terrible tragedy.

  • I like how you laugh BEFORE you say Ow...like you're so amazed the pain hadn't even registered yet, lol. I like your videos -pretty cool idea. You're a little reckless though, ha!

  • Nice to see that KTM are living up to their standards. Sven, you should invest in some stabilisers I feel :P

  • Lol u fall alot

  • again nice i lik ehow your in full riding gear, and know how to crash its funny cause some people dont know how to crash and look like flailing fish out of water

  • I miss trailbike riding(had a CRM250) cos like someone else said, when these things happen you can kinda laugh about it as thats what they're built for. Do that on my current Suzuki SV thats only 1 1/2months old and it'll be a different story!

I miss the good old days of Trailriding. :(

  • 1337 likes... That's the first time i will not like a video that i like. I hope you know what i mean... :D

  • do you do this inetentional sometimes? jw lol, not trying to start anything, jus a question

  • that ktm loves to be wrecked...

  • Thats what these bikes made for :) As as you are able to laugh everything is cool. Have fun! :)

  • hahaha you went skidding down that hill faster on your arse than on the bike :P lol :)

  • What does your insurance cost yearly?

  • been there, done that. nice recording. love the laughs!

  • looks so much fun

  • @slm2323 my fucking stupid? I love irony.

  • @slm2323 you take the time to come watch then comment on something your not interested in ... who's stupid. Keep up the good work sven!

  • @slm2323 Bitch

  • @slm2323 dont like the videos? why watch them then..? simple as that

  • @slm2323 You're* My bad buddy had to get that in. (y)

  • You give that KTM ahard don't you! Good stuff..

  • you're a rollin fuckup.

  • bikes fine, thats main thing!

  • @shades2k5 different leveling of ice can do this no problem, his wheel could've slid and caught onto a patch of uneven ice

  • so you wiped out, slid around on your ass and had a good laugh.

damn, i wish all accidents could be like this.

  • If you loss traction on your front wheel it will brake right or left by that i mean where the tyre meets the ground will move left or right not forward or backwards which will then crank your handle bars left or right there's nothing you can do about it, its not fake, and im pretty shore hes not wanting to down it on a public road with bikes behind him.

  • Comment removed

  • 0:49 most EPIC LAUGH EVAR!!!

  • @shades2k5 sure, and the guy behind me as well. We both love intentionally breaking our bikes....the blatant ice has /nothing/ to do with it.

  • @svengalie I'm just asking what made your handlebars kick right like that? I could understand if you hit the throttle and the back end came out but it just didn't seem like you tried to keep the bike up at all.

  • @shades2k5 I've been accused of this before. But it happens, it happens on ice to many bikers ESPECIALLY on knobbly tyres.

Hell it even happens to professional riders going in a straight line on a merely damp circuit:

    Watch this ?v=ZaOVNqA7lBA

  • @svengalie

Riders that haven't rode too long (I have since age 4..) don't exactly understand all of the different factors that can come into play when it comes to laying a bike down man. No worries, I've had simpler crashes on dry pavement, be it a blown front tire thrown into the fork trees and turning and stickin my bars to the side, or a sudden rear flat sliding the rear end out. Hell I've took a Slight turn too hard on Very dry grass and slid sideways about 50 feet atleast, saved the bike

  • though, and kept goin. Gotta say though brother, you do seem to lay em down Quite a bit!! hahahahaha

  • @shades2k5 Its because the front wheel looses traction completly. It happens almost by itself. I've lost traction on ice on my bicycle once when I was little and same thing happened. (Not a perfect comparision but they are both two wheeled vehicles)

  • @weeruz That's not a comparison at all, the weight difference is way too high.

  • @KoivuTheHab Yeah.. which makes the bikes wheel more likely to crank that way if it's loose traction...

  • @shades2k5 i have done exaclty the same once on my bike, once you hit black ice there is nothing you can do and the first thing to lose grip is your front wheel, soon as it looses grip your front wheel is going to slide and turn one way. mine also when to the left when it happened to me.

  • @shades2k5 have you ever riden a bike normally and then come across ice that you cant see ? you have no time to prepare yourself you jsut think your riding normaly so :)

  • @shades2k5 it didn't even go to the right!

  • @shades2k5 Yeah i reckon you are right he seems to turn the bars left hand down just before he slides and turns into the skid, looks very suspect to me. If the back end let go and came up the right side you would automatically go right hand down and turn into it not away from it so if you do lay it down you are hopefully chasing the bike & not the bike chasing you down the road. Turning away from it just means you will high side or end up doing a 180 and copping the bike in the back or worse.

  • @shades2k5 -.- Try driving on ice! I live in Norway, we get meters of snow at the winters. For bikes it's hard!

  • @shades2k5 agree with u

  • @MrYonomequejo He comes out of a curve and hes still turning a bit, he hits an icy spot (wich you can clearly see on the vid)...+ he knobby tires... So it's kind off obvious he slided like that. I want to see you riding a dirtbike on ice, let's see who's going to do it on purpose...

  • @shades2k5 you are not too smart, when your front goes you cant do nothing and when you are falling the stereing wheel will always go to the side you are falling, go and crash yourself, you will se!

  • @shades2k5 I guess you can you tool

  • @shades2k5 And 60 Km/h is well over 30 mph

  • @shades2k5 60 km/h=37.28226 mph

  • bike most got fuck up

  • pip pip cherio.....

  • done this on my xl125 once :) its got knobbly tyres and i just lost traction, i was lucky i just stood up and the bike flew under me!

  • Damn... You seem to find the slipery places alot. :D

  • Keep pressing 2, lawl.

  • i love living on warm lands -.-

  • oh sven you plonkk ;D

  • I love the way you re-wind it in slo mo, reminds me of the adverts with the girl who gets hit by the car

  • he keeps falling the same way (FAKE AND GAY)

  • @rajah90002 youve clearly never rode on a road covered in ice and had the tires slide out

  • @rajah90002 Well he's not going to fall right if he's turning left is he clever dick?

  • Is that a public road on an off road unregistered bike???

  • @CorollaJJ no it's a public road on a registered bike.

  • @CorollaJJ what a dick for asking this question.

  • try off road jumps ect MOTOX come on i want to see how you do

  • i might be wrong but was that a complete 360 spin(or more ) on your ass

very unlucky your accidents seem very out of the blue. one minute your on the bike the next spinning around in circles

  • I'm surprised you bike even still works after wrecking it so many times in all your videos. Maybe you need a car?lol

  • why do you fall over all the time?

  • @dataguttene errr I don't fall over all the time. I certainly have thousands of hours of footage of "perfect" riding. But who wants to see that?

  • @dataguttene I would like to see you driving on ice...

  • nice one mate...hope your alright.....and to all you idiots talking about how he sucks, or how he crashes a lot and is stupid to ride on pavement...FUCK YOU....he obviously rides his bike a shit ton and to only have a couple crashes out of the probably hundreds of thousands of hours he's probably ridden is pretty damn good in my book. Being someone who recently learned to ride a dirt bike...I FELL A LOT..its part of riding...and he obviously is adventurous and doesn't always take the easy routes

  • I need to start dirtbiking, yours seem to be far less expensive that roadbikecrashes. My last one was €13k, Ouch…

  • im very confused why you ride on pavement so much with a dirtbike?

seems like you crash a lot on it, and from my experience ive never randomly lost control while planted on some nice dirt.

are these dirt bike trails or? i need some more info lol

  • @armedturtle i think its a supermoto bike

  • Can't wait for the ad when you go to sell the KTM. "Never Been Dropped, one careful lady owner" Good video mate, If I had a ktm instead of an SV i'd be out in the ice everday too!

  • pounds? we use kilo

  • Diesel on the road in the rain is not fun either! ;-)) Especially with the passenger behind you ..

  • LOLOLOL slow motion laught HAAAWWWW HAWWWW HAWWW HAWWWWW

  • This has happened to me :(

  • I tried riding on a 2" thick 1/4 mile long sheet of ice earlier this year. I only fell off twice, I was quite pleased with that result. I knew it was all ice, its not nice to come round a corner and be greeted with a big lump unexpectedly by the look of it!

  • @buukro in canada we use kilometers

  • @buukro kilometers?

  • @svengalie British pounds?

  • @buukro mph's in england

  • @buukro we use miles mate

  • @buukro Another example of typical American arrogance. Europeans are not stupid,

  • @buukro what are you, 12?

    get a grip...

  • @buukro dude u suck

  • @buukro the amount of moronic things you say in this comment are to much to handle...first of all europeans dont use pounds...only the british do, so at least say silly british if your going to be an ass...and kilometers? man your stupid.

  • @buukro And from where are you? America?

  • @buukro Lol, europeans don't use pounds, bro

  • dude u do fall a lot , just kiddin' stay safe

  • You green laning? where abouts? I'd love to get in to this but its all a bit hush hush wink wink .

  • @MollariB5 if you're in the south i've mapped every single lane on a website

    search bywaydatabase on google

  • @svengalie Unfortunately I'm in the East Midlands. There are shed loads do Derbyshire way, but getting into one requires too many secret handshakes lol.

Nice Laugh when you bin it btw ;)

  • @MollariB5 I'll be living east midlands later this year, done some lanes around matlock, i do have a map in Nottingham with some good stuff.

  • @svengalie I'm to the south of Notts so any in this area would be great. Give us a shout if you come up this way !

Is the KTM yours ? or is it an organised group? watched the other vids and the one where you do your leg looks like there might be someone in charge?

  • @MollariB5 We were marshelling a horse event so we were wearing reflective bibs. I often ride in a group though

  • The reverse was epic.

    Wo. Ah ah ah ah!

  • sven , are you left heavy because in most/all of your crash vids you fall left side only :)

  • @HELPMEIDUNNOHOWTOUSE the vegetation is on the left , soft landing bwahahaha

  • I love how you laugh at it. I commend you sir.

  • fake

  • Nice vid!

  • Maybe you should ride on the dirt instead...

  • Are you always that unlucky? Crashed also one time in the left side ... fckin cagers..

  • just noticed on both videos this one and the bridge one you fall both on left side >< same as my to crashes, only on left side haha

  • You're quite lucky you did not hit anything even if you did not go that fast! Anyway I love the laugh when you get up, I was not that cool when I did the same thing on my SV this winter!

  • haha dude you have the worst luck with bikes!!

  • cool

  • Nice vids and hilarious too! The downfall to it all is on a few of your vids I viewed, is that your arse spends more time sliding across the pavement than on the seat of that scooter of yours? A little friendly advice maybe something with 4 wheels or better yet training wheels for that scooter of yours might be a tad safer?...Just an idea?...Remember rubber side down! LOL

  • @ECCCxMECH I could upload the countless hours of 'perfect' riding, but who wants to see that?

  • @svengalie first warter, now ice....dude....you have a very poor luck with wet roads

  • @ECCCxMECH pfft, calling a ktm a scooter.

  • @ECCCxMECH KTM , a scooter ? , lolololololololol, let me guess ... Citreon Saxo right? with big bore exhaust and 20" sub woofers in the boot? ;)

  • man.... ice sucks (on the roads i mean)

the good news is: i never have ice on my roads.

  • @tapieromateo lucky! I rode my wee 125 in the snow once , its not that bad... till a taxi driver decides he wants to have a shot :(

  • @jimbo80982 ok... that is not good.

get a shot at killing you, or the ice?

  • @tapieromateo well luckily i was turning into a road and he was coming out of the road i was going into , in his lane , but he was watching his right side instead of in front of him! wtf?! you would have thought the last thing youd do before you move out would be look in front of you!

  • i love the slow motion sinister laugh :L

  • Gear.... the difference between standing up after, dying alone in the woods, or being flown to a hospital to spend many hours with a nurse violently scrubbing the dirt/sand/asphalt out of your skin and bones.

We all go down, but only you decide how you want to spend your after-crash.

  • i drive alot more carefully than that on my bike when it had been 2 months ago.

  • You sound like the cookie monster

  • it's pretty okay when it's snow, but ice is a pain in the ass !

  • hahaa i always laugh when you play it in reverse or slow mo xD

  • Way to get right back up and start riding backwards, what bravado!

  • Your nuts dude, nearly every video your on the floor :P

  • stop rewinding i think its a demon controlling my computer

  • @jimmysavileobe my a cunt?

  • @svengalie

    I don't understand you're comment.

  • @svengalie it's good your fine....=)

  • @jimmysavileobe

    I don't understand you're comment.

  • @jimmysavileobe Why is he a cunt? I dont understand you at all...

  • @jimmysavileobe i agree!

  • @jimmysavileobe It's 'You're' ..c**t. :P

  • Sven, you're like the joker. (It gets risky) "oh haaha he he he" (Slipping) "oh hehehehe" (Slipped) "OH HAAHA HEE HE HOOOO! Lot of ice there isn't there?"

    Love the vids.

  • man, your going have to get a single mattress strapped to your back...

  • What are camera are you using in this one

  • @bombin1181 pov 1.5

  • Looks like the other guy dropped his bike in an attempt to stop, when he saw yours crashed :p

  • i usually turn left when i crash too, weird?

  • man, i just crashed my bike at 90 km/h on a icey road and dont got a scratch. even my jeans are ok. and im not that stupid to drive fast when ice is on the road. there was a sudden hail storm that made like 3mm of ice in 2 minutes! didnt realize there was ice on the road untill my back tire slided (on a straight part thank god). my sight was to foggy to see that it was ice and i also didnt expect it cause it was the first ice and hail of the year :D

  • im 16 and i just had a crash at same speed on an icy road. I have a snapped radius and a shattered wrist. why is this different? :'(

  • @TiZPROductiionZz All depends on how you come down the pavement.

  • Ouch man!

  • lol mate with the looks of it the KTM doesn't like you riding her lol but other then that mate glad to see you get up (you you want rid of her pm me imn after a KTM) haha but you take care my man

  • wat kind of ktm is that???

  • Dropped mine a few weeks ago in similar fashion, few stitches and some TCut have fixed us both up. Its amazing how, even with the use of video, its still so hard to see just where it all goes wrong enough to drop a bike. I'm still not totally sure what caused mine. good luck, stay safe

  • This does actually look funny :)

  • Nice backspin there sven, thought of taking up breakdancing? ;)

What gear do you use? It really takes some stick.

  • That KTM takes some beating haha

  • i dont get it your going straight then suddenly you jerk of to the left and you manage to get this on camra to hmmmmm something aint right

  • u just love sliding out dont you? haha

  • Drop a sports bike like that its a write off - Drop the dirt bike... Have a laugh dust urself off... Awesome! haha

  • @JaBra88 have a write off?

  • Comment removed

  • Lucky the KTM's crash well.

  • wow! Those roads don't forgive! :)
