I would love to see your version of steamed/pan fried dumplings. Some call it Peking Ravioli, or potsticker, as well. I just call them delicious :) You are an excellent cook and teach very well.
@DudeTed You could try some fresh ground pepper and schezuan pepper or even chilli powder, but i never tried myself , so don't really know what would it be.

What kind of stuff would you add if you wanted a spicey flavour? i put in some fresh ginger and cumin but it still wasn't enough
