I am unsure if you have Target where you live but I use the Target brand eye makeup remover called Up and Up make up magician! It's comparable to Neutrogena Eye Make Up remover. It works wonders and I typically use stubborn waterproof eye makeup!!

Actually I soak a washcloth with hot/warm water and hold it on each eye for a little under a minute and it takes off most of my mascara and e/s. Then I just use a cream to remove whatever's left

eye amkeup remover on a budget! Baby oil and distilled water in a half half mixture in a tiny bottle. Shake b4 each use to emulsify (like a salad dressing) and only keep the mix for a couple of weeks tops. Thats why the tiny bottle. Rinse face after in the normal way with a clean warm cloth to get rid of the greasyness darl! X

Heyyy Haidee I would really recommend you buying a cleansing oil :) something like Dermalogica precleanse or Josie Maran Argan cleaning oil .... you apply them on a dry made up face, massage the oil about for a minute and your makeup will literally slide off when you hop in the shower... so much easier and less time consuming than fighting with makeup wipes.... hope that helped xxxx
