Hi Master Xie, this is Andy from Shanghai. The lineage should be Fan Xudong-Yang Weixin-Liu Qingping - Hou Changxin.
He has a student here called Li Dalin who we met at the Dong Baoxing Lu Jingwu school. Hou Changxin is still around in Shanghai but like most schools teaches mainly modern wushu these days.
I can see the form is Yi Lu Zhai Yao but it is wildly different in style to the Fan Xudong - Luo Guangyu lineage.
