Dawn of War two is actually the best Real Time Strategy available. In case you wish to get the game for totally free, you can easily find this entire game over at DOW2DownloadXcom (replace X with . ). I have, and I have got to say to you the 1st player campaign is unbelievable!

@TheARBteam dunno, and can't try. DOW2 needs steam and steam is kinda messy when trying to run it on an external hdd. the internal one isnt large enough to fit DOW2...

How is that running so fast? My crappy (but faster still) 1.6 pentium m with the same graphics card runs it at about 11 fps.

There is no difference to run soulstorm.... The graphics still are the same. Try not running a 4 year old game on it. Also killing a few 100 units in one spot on the map then see how much it lags on max graphics.

It runs fast cuz laptop vid cards have dedicated vid memory which is faster than regular cards

no laptops with integrated graphics like the eee use shared memory, which is slower cause it has to use the ram. regular cards use dedicated which is faster, cause it's built in.

i didnt think either, but it is running! was very surprised.. and the graphics card is not that bad, only the texture memory is a little bit short, but otherwise quite good hardware (shader models, pixel pipelines, transistor count, ...)
