oh he was gonna leave office. i think for his final year in office he didn't want to be president, but he didn't want to quit because he knew that would look pathetic. i think he and cheney both should have resigned in early 07. oh well, at least they're gone now (august of 10).

plain and simple, fascism is where the state's needs are held above the individuals. no where in any of the dozens of definitions of fascism is corporations the governing body or hold any authority.
