  • Happy new year.

I'm going to recommend you watch The Venture Bros.

It's a cartoon, and you have to watch the episodes in order.

There are four seasons, so far, I'm only starting the fourth season myself.

I really got into Criminal Minds lately, though it was from the end of season three, and I'm only near the end of season four now.

  • @bobomcgraw

I think I watched a few first season episodes and remember really liking it. The Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend come to mind. I'll definitely look for it and catch up.

Criminal Minds is good. I used to get pulled between that and a show called Numbers and ended up not getting drawn into either. I started watching The Mentalist, because I kept seeing it on the bit torrent list and now I'm hooked. Not a show I would highly recommend, but for some reason I like it.

  • @citizenkong I watch The Mentalist.

Also watched the first two seasons of Lie to Me.

  • @bobomcgraw

I really liked Lie to Me. Tim Roth is one of my favorite actors. It really sucks that they canceled it.

  • @citizenkong Agreed, 100% agreed.

I really did enjoy what I saw of that show.

Oh yeah, also really got into Blue Bloods and The Chicago Code.

And I'm starting Game of Thrones, only two episodes in though, I watch it when no-one is around to distract me.

  • and cyber hates me..read this kong -- johnswackyworld you know people like you make me sick--the shit you know is from a fucking book---have you every been to LA----how about NYC------..LarryLo is a swinger just like flynn was---..you just don't get it-- you so want to hang with the big dogs..show your bald head---you and your friend suck---and you know this

  • @johnswackyworld

You really need to come out to San Diego.

  • @citizenkong and drive timmy nutz just like moulton did...?

  • @citizenkong i need to go to LA first to attend the ANNIE awards.

  • Monica is about as innocent as 50cent Philippians hooker LOL...just sayin

  • @NragedXX

    Hehe.

  • I agree with your comments on Ron Paul , LOL its not that i dont like the guy but man the minute u question him to these PAULANIACS you are being set for a lynch mob!!!! LOL

  • @NragedXX

Exactly. They are the most passionate of any current politician followers.

Almost cult like. That's what they say about Obama supporters, but they seem more so, in my opinion.

  • SPINELESS?? really, i thought it as a sign of respect but meh to each his own i guess.

  • @NragedXX

    ???

I'm not getting the context, Rage.

  • @citizenkong Sorry Mr Kong, i assure you sir it was not meant for you it was a mishap, LOL i hadn't had time exactly to comment to you yet cuz im only @31:12 lol! Sorry again

  • @NragedXX

You've watched that much? You have a stronger stomach than me.

  • @citizenkong BAHAHAHAHAH.....i as going to say....but tiz the season LOL J/K, since the day i showed up, i have yet to not enjoy myself over here CK i am just not much for the commenting thing LOL! I assure you though i do watch em, that is what heavy liquor and aspirin is for umirite? :P

  • @NragedXX

That is true my friend and thank you.

  • I guess I agree with you. This was a particularly boring fez night. My eyes glazed over when you started talking about TV shows. I'm more of a film buff. TV just doesn't interest me as much. A particularly boring start to the new year.

I hope you don't mind my whining but it's part of the "Christmas Pup" character. I'm pretty pathetic what with all the masturbating to manuals on the feeding and care of hamsters.

In the future I hope as a sinister evil super villain to defend you more

  • @christmaspup

Sometimes I feel fired up to do a Fez other times I feel pressured to just make one.

You can guess which ones turn out the best.

Thanks for watching, space monkey. You still give me the creeps, but not as much as before.

  • Now that you mentioned Doctor Who again, I have this book with three teleplays from the show that were put in a short story format by Terrance Dicks...I got this book back in 1984 for my 18th birthday, its an oldie alright. I think that the BBC on line shop sells some of the old Dr.Who shows from the 1980's and back to the early 1960's.

  • @mari66101

I might enjoy reading Doctor Who in short story form.

  • @citizenkong

Actually if you never saw these particular stories in the Doctor Who show, they are very good to read as the endings have a twist to them. Its a bit like the Foundation series by the late Dr. Isaac Asimov....also very good read, he was a great Sci-Fi author.....You may have to do a Fez book night after this.:O)

  • @mari66101

I read the Foundation series a long time ago when I was supposed to be studying for finals. I loved it.

In my youth I read a read a lot of Asimov, Heinlein, Bradbury, Adams and Arthur C. Clarke. Later I read a LOT of Kurt Vonnegut. He's my favorite. I lost the habit of reading whole books. Now I skim newspapers, magazines and stuff on line. I really need to get back in the habit reading real books again.

  • @citizenkong

So true, I used to be able read a tome like Gone with the Wind and Forever Amber in 4 days, when I was a kid and had to go to the library for my books. Now I have over 300 books, and I have to make time start reading again.

  • @mari66101

I mentioned on more than one occasion that I have been reading James Joyce's Ulysses at a glacial pace. bobomcgraw sent me Stephen Fry's bio and I've been looking at that. It's much easier going, but as I said, I lost the habit. At least we started out as voracious readers. I think that counts a lot.

  • @citizenkong

I was thinking of re-reading "Royal Survivor, the life of Charles II" by Stephen Coote. Charles was probably the most interesting, and complex of all the English kings. He was an avid astronomer, alchemist, patron of the arts, and a very good politician...considering that he survived the religious unrest and Parlimentary rebellion that put an end to his father's reign.....also Charles II was very active,as he had 7 mistresses still in his keep by the time of his death.

  • @mari66101

I should look into that. Lately I've been very interested in Henry VIII and his daughter Elizabeth, but I've only gleaned info online after watching several films.

  • @citizenkong until you embrace william hartnell through sylvester mccoy you can never be a whovian, or whoite or a who, not to be confused with the whos from whoville that live on a speck of dust on a flower or something being held up by an effeminate blue elephant that climbs trees and hatches eggs, so watch some of the old 60's n 70's who will ya!?

  • @MONKSCASTLE

I watched the Tom baker Da Vinci episode.

  • Comment removed

  • @gizzytiersen yeah and did you research that info first b4 you go bragging about it or did you do much of the same with my stats? Please. If you're Kongs cheerleader... well that says it all now doesn't it?!

  • @missanthropic01 Me Kong's cheerleader!!!! What a thought.I love your put downs. You are priceless. Also I wasn't alluding that you are an insignificant other. You are frigging witty. Seriously those stats are shocking and its getting bad over here

  • @MegaEvilCrow

I'm downloading series 1, episode 1 of Sherlock. That is an excellent show.

  • @citizenkong I loved it. Just saw the first episode of Series 2. I won't give anything away. Its good. I like the clothes too. Check out Dr Watson's wax Barbour Jacket and those Loakes Boots. Classic British gear. I'm talking about clothes...blimey am I gay?

  • @gizzytiersen

I'm really looking forward to watching it.

Proper attire is one way to attract females, so a little fashion sense is hetero.

  • @citizenkong oh for christs sake , its streaming on netflix ya damned pirate!

  • @MONKSCASTLE

I did watch Sherlock on Netflix, but they don't have series two.

  • Steve Coogan/Alan Partridge. The comedy of embarassement, like Ricky Gervais

  • @gizzytiersen

Alan Partridge's talk show was absolutely brilliant.

Gervais and Coogan portray characters that completely lack self awareness and a sense of embarrassment. Sometimes they are almost painful to watch and hilarious at the same time.

  • @citizenkong Oh God yes. I watch through my fingers sometimes. My wife can't stand that stuff. Its too cringeworthy for her.

  • @gizzytiersen

And yet I can't look away.

  • @citizenkong i prefer buster keaton over this doctor who

  • @johnswackyworld

Not even in the same genre. You might as well say you prefer igloos to cupcakes.

  • @citizenkong i disagree, theres a lot of vaudeville in the early doctors garb, the 2nd two anyway, i dont like cupcakes or igloos

  • @MONKSCASTLE

Roger Ebert is constantly comparing Keaton to Doctor Who. My bad.

  • The older Dr Who's (Terry Nation) I grew up with them 69/76. The new ones that you watch are much, much more sophisticated and the scenery doesn't wobble. Kids and Adults alike love the new Dr Who. I must admit I find it difficult to follow, its too clever for me,I have to concentrate. But I should try the latest Dr at least. Best discovery of 2011 for me as u know was "Deadwood". Brilliant! appeals to my interest in America and has an excellent script, rich characters and a top notch cast.

  • @gizzytiersen

As my dad used to say about some of the shows I liked, "I can't make heads or tails of it."

I get confused with Doctor Who sometimes, but I just go with it.

Deadwood is definitely one of the finest television programs that America has ever had to offer.

  • @gizzytiersen the rule of thumb, as i see it, is that you always like the first dr who you watched, we were lucky in chicago to see the early stuff here in the late 70's, which was tom baker, but i like all the who crap, good and bad, my old man loved deadwood, and he hated tv,

  • @MONKSCASTLE The first Dr Who I saw was Patrick Troughton but the one I really got into as a kid was Jon Pertwee. Tom Baker came in when I was growing out of it but I thought he was the best. If your old man loved Deadwood despite hating TV that says a lot. I have all the series on DVD and I re watch them.

  • @MegaEvilCrow

Yes. The one where Captain Jack first appears was very good and then they tied Doctor Who, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures together to save the world.

Torchwood is very good and not for kids. I like how it is set in Wales and the female lead is very proud of being Welsh. I am a bit uncomfortable with Captain Jack's trysts with men, but it is what it is.

  • Ura bit offa douche, aren'tcha?

    :D

  • @missanthropic01

Starting off 2012 with two consecutive days of ball busting, I see.

  • @citizenkong Just an observation and here's another one you should consider reading more thoroughly and perhaps you won't be perceived as such a little mindless douche by me because there are so many misinformed, dim, dumb and incorrect statements in this entire fez, which btw you should consider retooling, it's awful just plain aw-fucking-ful.

  • @missanthropic01

You really enjoy busting balls, don't you.

  • Comment removed

  • @missanthropic01

I'm a victim, you're a victim, we are all victims. In the end we all MUST succumb. Even you. Yes, you.

You think you are in complete control? If you do, you are a bigger fool than I.

  • @citizenkong Bravo, terrific argument again my good man... you made my point I have nothing to say but thank you. ROFLMFTO.

  • @missanthropic01

    Self delude much?

  • @citizenkong stop projecting onto me your bullshit.

  • @missanthropic01

    Stop projecting.

  • @citizenkong or maybe just reading at all... try that. You have loads of time on your hands, do some research, takes some notes, ponder the subject matter and make your own observations... perhaps you might be interesting.

  • @missanthropic01

Hmmmm. Have you ever posted an articulate, interesting and thought provoking video blog?

No, you haven't and yet you think you are some kind of expert on how to video blog.

  • @citizenkong Not a strong argument for not being allowed to provide a, in this case a valuable, criticism for a vlog.

Someone vlogs and in the comments we?... What, what do we do in the comment section David? WE COMMENT THATS RIGHT, GOLD STAR FOR DAVEY!! ... and nowhere in the guidelines or rules seen or unseen does it stipulate that you must first yourself VLOG before you observe and comment dingus. :D

  • @missanthropic01

    Ball breaker foama much?

  • @citizenkong WOW you just keep piling on the inaccurate observations. You don't upset me in the least, the national defense authorization act or 2012 (something you missed I see. ONE Of the biggest news stories of 2012 but you didn't mention it. Quite intelligent and informed!) and things like 1 out of every 4 children go to bed hungry in this country, that upset me. You, you just make me laugh and help me sharpen my wit. You called me so I watched your fez but sadly not much has changed.

  • @missanthropic01

Hold on. I need to take some notes. My teletype machine in the newsroom is on the fritz.

I talk about what happens to be on my mind. Stream of consciousness. Why is that concept so hard for you to fathom?

If you can do better, than do it.

  • @citizenkong If your brain had in it the knowledge to sound like you know what you're talking about we wouldn't be having this conversation. I merely advised you to read in your spare time so when your brain regurgitates observations they are at the very least properly informed and contain at least some accuracies.

  • @missanthropic01

    Again. . . Give examples.

In the vlog I freely admit my brain has turned to mush.

    Show me how it's done.

  • @citizenkong Had you just asked me from the beginning, "What was I wrong about?" I would have told you but you always have to defensively and immaturely answer like a fucking little douche.

For one, no one predicted the end of the world on new years day to my knowledge so your opener is flawed dingus, religion is in NO FUCKING WAY part of being human, curiosity is perhaps but long lived delusions nah buddy sorry and atheisst oppose religious symbolism on public land... and it was John Edwards.

  • @missanthropic01

Your first comment set the tone little lady.

By G. Jeffrey MacDonald, Special to USA TODAY

With humanity coming up fast on 2012, publishers are helping readers gear up and count down to this mysterious — some even call it apocalyptic — date that ancient Mayan societies were anticipating thousands of years ago.

  • @citizenkong You said it's 2012 and we're all still here "so far the world didn't end, just like they predicted"... the mayan calendars day for the end of times ninny is in december.

LOL USA TODAY!!! HAHAHAHAHAHHAA!!STOP PLEASE JUST STOP!! Good thing I didn't watch this after my operation I woulda busted a fucking stitch laughing!!

You desperate little fuck you, you do make me larf!

  • @missanthropic01

    I hate USA Today too.

You are completely missing the point. I was dismissing it as silly.

Did you really expect me to do heavy research on such a ridiculous topic?

In your desperation to be to come off as some uber- intellectual you are only making an ass of your self.

  • @citizenkong ...and you know i call you a douche with love, you little peckerwood. Christ you'll find any excuse and go the extremely longest way around the glaring fucking truth... which is what?!... U need 2 read... and not just bullshit that corroborates your POV. Get a well rounded education son it would behoove you to do so, plus Fez would become increasingly more and more fun and informative to watch. Now it's just something you do on a regular basis so you don't feel like a loser.

  • @missanthropic01

Lead by example. Go get a well rounded education. Show me how to vlog. . . Vlog means video blog, not writing in the comments.

  • @citizenkong Vlogging isn't educating yourself... that's preposterous as is most of what you say.

  • @missanthropic01

    Are you being deliberately obtuse?

I said lead by example, which means, instead of telling me what to do, you do it yourself.

You told me to get a well rounded education. If you lead by example, then you would go out and get a well rounded education first. You keep telling me how I should vlog; then the onus is on you to create a vlog that demonstrates what a good vlog, in your opinion, should be.

You really are making an ass of yourself.

  • @CK My opinion doesn't have more or less validity if I vlog.I mean to you it must but I think that it's more of an avoidance technique than a substantial argument.

What if I volg'd but it sucked and I didn't know what I was doing but I gave you advice? What if I was a terrific vlogger and I gave you shit advice?

What does qualify U 2 have an opinion on a vid is being a viewer. Does the vlogger hold your interest or say things to provoke you to think or learn something or is he full of shit?!

  • @missanthropic01 Let me explain again.

On more than one occasion I would be doing a job related to my trade. Some coworker would be standing there telling me how should do it. I then step back and say, okay then, you do it. That always shuts them up.

In your case, you will neither shut up nor take up the task.

Even some low level worker has more insight than you.

  • @citizenkong That does not apply here ninny, this is not a skilled trade. LMAO

As a viewer it's disappointing to hear someone speak about a myriad of subjects and pretty much get most wrong. Stick to TV & YT drama, you invest most of your time and "research" there and it's best for you and your audience if you know what you are talking about.

  • @citizenkong ...and you bet your sweet hippy if I vlogged I would research, ya know like I do for my articles.

  • @missanthropic01

I say again. A thoroughly researched and dare I say scripted vlog would not be Fez Night. where I free associate and talk about stuff in my corner of YouTube, current events, my life, politics. . . whatever.

    In other words, I babble.

  • @citizenkong NOT SCRIPTED... informed David, so you know what you are talking about. So when you do just spitfire from your mind you have some ammunition. 'Cause right now your shootin' blanks.

  • @missanthropic01

I do value your opinion. It is a pity you won't lead by example.

  • @citizenkong Rly? A pity or a fucking hackneyed idea you won't just let go of because in some way you think it justifies your ridiculous assertion?

    :b

  • @missanthropic01

If I did all that, then it wouldn't be Fez Night, would it.

    Read what? Books on atheism?

  • @citizenkong Of course it wouldn't be Fez... isn't that the point. Why not read books on atheism and polytheism and/or monotheism? If that's whatchur into, if you want to talk about it why not know as much as you can about that subject? Especially if you call people out for anti-intellectual behavior... Kinda stupid dontcha think?

  • @citizenkong You're telling me I'm unqualified to have an opinion on your vlogging yet your talking about subjects as if you're qualified yet you refuse to READ up on the subjects.

    Brilliant.

  • @missanthropic01

I received an A in my theology class at Loyola Marymount.

Need I send you my transcripts from my entire academic career? You will see that I received A's in Western Civilization, Social Science, Film, English, Chemistry, Psychology, Geometry, Earth Science, Philosophy, Art History, Speech as well as photography, video making and metalsmithing.

Sadly I only received B plusses in Algebra and Trigonometry. Care to inform me of YOUR qualifications?

Oh I know. You read a book.

  • @citizenkong i betr she received an A in embalming too

  • @citizenkong AHAHAHAHAWHOOOOOOAHHHHHOHHHHHHH... Academic career, oh now that's fucking funny.

  • @missanthropic01

And you read a book. Even funnier.

  • @citizenkong U make get a laugh at that but I research like a motherfucker and I already told you in this comment section but you glossed over it and for what went right over your dim little cranium. Its true I read and research multiple books and on the internet and I discuss things with qualified people to formulate my opinions on topics I write about. Unlike your fictional academic career.

  • @missanthropic01

Fictional. So you are saying it never happened?

    You want transcripts? Really?

  • @missanthropic01

Does calling it "the time I spent in school" make you feel less giddy?

  • @citizenkong no you fucking poser... no. :D

  • @missanthropic01

    Hahahahaha!

  • Comment removed

  • @missanthropic01

Then why pray tell do they touch on religion in the humanities studies?

Even on public land why be bothered by a meaningless symbol?

Thanks. John Edwards. There was definitely a mental block and I said so.

  • Comment removed

  • @missanthropic01

"ROFLMFTO!"? What are you? An eleven year old girl?

  • @citizenkong 11 year old girls have tits?

  • @missanthropic01

Well, there is that case in Cuba where the girl ate too much hormone injected chicken.

  • @citizenkong john edwards and his sex affairs. so much for being a presidential role model.

  • @citizenkong theres more but I have to go soon... dog needs a walkin'. Go read. That's what I suggested in the beginning and I am immovable in my position you need to fucking inform your goddammed self in 2012. Please.

  • @missanthropic01

Again. You simply did not like what I had to say.

Just saying "go read", is not helpful, it's just arrogant.

  • @citizenkong did you hear? there is a new book out saying richard nixon was gay!!

  • @missanthropic01 Right I'm not getting involved in an argument here. Hi Misanthropic. 1 out of 4 children go hungry in your country eh?? That jumped out of the screen. I'd be interested where you got your stats. I'm not doubting you. Just interested. If u tell me to jump in a river I wouldn't die of shock, I know u call a spade a shovel

  • @gizzytiersen You would die of shock if you jumped into my river, it's quite cold but if that's what you're into than take that plunge.

    You know?

That's your first mistake, thinking u know. I am far more flexible and honest and direct than our, dishonest to himself 1st viewers 2nd, friend here. Dare I say more direct and honest than most? You don't know me very well do you, even if you think you do. Think again.

And check the stats yourself... or do you have an aversion to research too?

  • @missanthropic01 I'm a lazy sod. I leave the research to others. I don't know anyone on youtube..nor do i presume to...you know? Like you just did?

  • @citizenkong Just because you use all characters to make a comment doesn't mean it's a foama, Just because I point out you seem misinformed and lack the knowledge it takes to sound intelligent doesn't mean I am ball breaking and just because I enjoy doing this to you means its because I am upset or go into a foama as you call it.

They are all lies you tell yourself to avoid the truth... you seem like you don't get enough oxygen to the brain.

  • @missanthropic01

Read what you wrote out loud to yourself. Does it come across as being calm?

    No. Not in the least.

  • @missanthropic01

Of course you are free to comment. Did I ever say otherwise? You are also free to video blog and yet either from lack of motivation or simple inability, you choose not to.

  • @citizenkong Again not important nor does it diminish my observation... just to you who desperately needs to avoid what was said by my to you, we've been here many times before.

  • @missanthropic01

    Around and around.

  • @missanthropic01

Fez Night is merely a stream of consciousness ramble, where ball breaking females are always welcome.

For some strange reason I enjoy having women try to bust my balls and yet my balls are still intact.

If you doubt me, I will send you a picture,

  • @citizenkong Nice deflection you toxic sack.I know what fez is, it's not difficult to understand what it is you're doing. Except I don't think you see yourself for how you truly are because if you believe what you say has it's basis in intellectualism, I'm just saying, you're sorely mistaken. You need to do some more research before your "stream of consciousness" vlogs could be perceived as intelligent because what you say reflects a lack of depth and preparation.

    LOL cocktail party etiquette.

  • @missanthropic01

What it comes down to is that you don't like what I have to say.

Why make it all so complicated?

  • @citizenkong Again, inaccurate what you said sounded at best ill informed... but I believe it's more inaccurate observations from someone who does little research.

READ my first comment there is valuable advice in it... nuff said.

  • @missanthropic01

In all this you've never said what you are really talking about.

Are you saying I should do more research on Doctor Who? Sarah Palin?

So far, all you offer is sound and fury.

  • @citizenkong ....If ya had balls der buddie

  • @DOiLOOKstupid2U

You want me send you a picture too?

  • @missanthropic01 happy new year sexy

  • @johnswackyworld Thank you love and a happy and healthy new year to you too John.

    :b

  • happy new year kong.....don't you want the Osmonds singing at the white house?

  • @elbrookman

Marie Osmond still gives me a woody.

  • @citizenkong drew barrymore gives me a woody

  • @citizenkong marie osmond is made of wood

  • Gunna be pole shifts fer da new year

Me gunna lose sum pounds--like 1 mil

  • @DOiLOOKstupid2U

If you are successful, you should write book and call it the Stupid Diet.

  • @citizenkong If u iz sucesful u'll grow a dick...lil ladie

  • @DOiLOOKstupid2U

What once seemed like an innocuous troll has devolved into a nasty one.

  • @citizenkong Yer comment did it buddie

  • Time travels faster than we can percieve it

  • @BarflyBrookz

  • @citizenkong well, i do love her....i only make video now to make her laugh. i love it when she laughs.

  • @johnswackyworld

    Again. How sweet.
