Yes you mix the henna (with something acidic) first because it has to sit for some time to release the dye. Then mix indigo with water and mix henna and indigo. To get black, very little henna and lots of indigo. Google henna for hair and you will find a wealth of information about henna and indigo. Thanks for watching!
Okay, i've applied it for the second time. I think I didn't leave it in long enough but it has covered most of the greys and has added some nice properties to my hair. So I'm a believer. I think after some more applications it will get more and more brown and cover more and more.
Hmmm, something went wrong in my process. I am going to try it again. For some reason after mixing the indigo and henna and having it sit in my hair for two hours nothing really changed. The colour was only slightly modified but didn't catch on my white hair at all.

uummm..im preeeety sure u shud let the indigo sit atleast 20 mins or so untill the top turns a blueish colour.
