I love the form I ran 100 mm to and my best time for high school was 12.64 and I still blow everyone out I run for wesland highschool if u thik u can keep up just hit me up

Dang, you put your team right back into that race! The 400m race is the best! Even when a team looks to be out of the race, they can still come right back and win it.

Wow it is fast...Props to u man! I'm Vietnamese and i love track and field...My time for the 400 and 200 meter at the CA CIF master was 49.12s and 22.11s and now im a freshmen in college and i'm also running for my school! but anyone have any tips for me...i would be appreciated!

I only ran 1 open 400 in college. It was indoors and I ran 48.4. The 800 is my primary event. This race was my best 4x4 split - 46.1.
