Yup, pretty much. There are strains of "jumbo" coturnix that get about half again that size, but they are very small birds. They need about one square foot of space per bird (two square feet is better), feed, water, and a sandbox or other area to scratch around in, and they'll lay a little bite-sized egg every day about nine months out of the year. The eggs are delish!
