It's basically the same guy. You see he's late to pick up his girl in the trainstation. In the meanwhile she's talking to the other guy (who may be flirting with her). The boyfriend runs across the city and ask the bike girl for help, so he can get to the station faster. Once he's there he see's the girl talking to another guy (in this point i tought "ok... now comes a breaking heart..") but she's cleary says "oh no, my bf is coming soon, but thanks for the ride". I love this song and vid.
