too much furniture in the livingroom, It would be better if you took door out, and put a wall in. Wouldn't cost $100 , would be a good investment. Maybe you should take the couch out of the dining room, make a sitting area where the couch is while moving table down. chairs and table in the hall is pointless. How about getting a side table to put there, or even a bench that wouldn't take up too much room. (like the one outside on the porch... bedrooms look good, love the colors.
Thanks for the suggestions, wazoozamo. If I were living there year round, I'd agree. But this is a vacation rental for up to 16 people at a time, and this is the only indoor space where that many people (or at least most of them) could fit at one time. Well, they could mostly fit in the kitchen, too, if half were sitting and the other half were cooking. Thanks for the compliments on the bedrooms and the colors; I'm glad that you like them.
