i dun like this kinda cut. It's wot i see dolly parton sporting sometimes. it's kinda old fashioned. plus, there are toooooo many layers and it's such a nightmare to have to grow all or most of the really short layers out the next time u wan to grow ur hair longer or try some other longer styles.

anyway for cuts like these, i think they should do it on a model with blonde or highlighted hair so u can see the effect better. black or dark hairs just dont show the effect.

it's just a bunch of scissors put together, it helps feather the hair and layer it. It's a trick a lot of asian hair-cutter's i know use. it just makes things faster, but the quality isn't as great as when u actually put time into it
