Our Harley would never show his teeth about food or a bone. I can just take his food away if I want to. Now his Gumby (toys) he will play growl but he knows were playing. LOL He loves to give me his toy and then try to take it from me. and growl ;-) He also likes me to rub my hand across the carpet or the bed and he will go after it and put my hand in his mouth and make growling sounds, soooo funny. Doxies are such clowns and loving companions for life.
