By the way to all people saying its impossible to drown you are terribly wrong, many people drowned there, if you drink some water of it by mistake you may loose control because the taste, drink some water into your breathing system and crash boom bang you're dead :)

It might not "sound" interesting to you but it is a very cool experience - completely different to normal salt water - this is unlike any floating you have ever experienced before (or at least it was for me and everybody else that's done it!). Highly recommended!

Only some bacteria live there, for the rest it is completly dead, no fish, no plants, nothing.

I would love to experience the floating one day...

wow that must be the perfect beach. first of all no sharks seaweed, jellyfish. second its impossible to drown.

You guys should try some of the cosmetics offered in the resort to take home. Very unique qualities because of the Dead Sea minerals in them. Recommended.

Nope, nothing at all lives in the Dead Sea - too much salt content.

Oh my god i went there, it was great!! but make sure u don't have any cuts as it will sting mad as i learn about it lol. & lady another thing don't shave your legs as it will sting. but its gud fun in there . its does feel strange that u are not sinking .

its is but its quite hard to get down again from floating lol, it's strange how many time i wash my hands i still feel the salt was there. I miss it there it wazs a great hols xx :)

It's definitely one of the coolest things that I did in Israel - highly recommended!

In all honesty I initially thought Israel sucked when I first arrived there (I was working for Intel) but as time went on and I moved to Tel Aviv it all took on a definite up-swing :)
