A Fan Kick, I believe. That's what Ada's kick in RE4 was called, and they look quite similar.

On this game, its titled "Roundhouse" but it isn't a true roundhouse. Yeah, in reality its called a "fan" kick (this is based off of RE4 Ada's moveset. She did a similar, if not the same, move when you shot a ganado in the face)

im not sure if the game were playing is a different version or something but the house at 3:06-3:07 had a shotgun in it.

i forgot where to find the key to open the door though, and the house that you find the plaga thing has a balcony or something, im not sure if there is something there, i forgot to look

if u would have gone up the ladder and just shoot them down while they climed up would be a good idea but it worked out well. also in re4 the plegas that comes out of the head doesn't take that many shoots to kill and good walkthrough.
